Completing our online family application. This allows us an opportunity to learn more about your family. Including your unique needs in more detail, and how we can better serve your family. We will match you with a professional nanny tailor-made to meet your families needs. We will then schedule a consultation call 24-48 hours after your application has been received. Consultation may be done by phone or virtual whichever one you prefer.

Review and sign Agency-Client agreement. A $450 non-refundable registration fee is required to initiate your search. The initial fee will be credited towards the total balance, which is due upon finalizing your contract with your new employee.

We will begin the search for ideal candidates based on the communication we have discussed. We will interview potential candidates who exemplify unique qualities and best meet the needs of your family. After carefully interviewing considerate candidates, we will email you the nanny profile that best matches the qualifying needs of your family.

We will schedule the interviews with the potential candidates and family. We will arrange for the candidate to meet in your home, a café, virtually through zoom, or a place of your choice. If needed, we will provide you with questions to ask the candidate to assist you in the interview process. After the interview, we will touch bases with the family & nanny to see how we can further assist you and answer any questions you may have.

If the interview process goes well and you are ready to hire the candidate, we will do a comprehensive background and reference check. The remaining balance of the placement fee will become due and must be paid before the first work day of your new employee.

Pea Pod Nanny Agency's process is to ensure that families and nannies are a great fit and happy. We are here to answer any questions or concerns families may have. As a commitment to you, we offer a 90-day replacement. So please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Pea Pod Nanny Agency provides expert tailored guidance for your own nanny search. We’ll walk you through the hiring process, offering support with interviews, evaluating candidates, and addressing any challenges that may arise.
Consultation and Screening - $600
A detailed packet with interview questions, a family/nanny agreement template, tax information, and a thorough screening of your own nanny.
Background and References Check $375
We will conduct a thorough background checks on your own nanny. We also verify previous employment and references to ensure your nanny is reliable, trustworthy, and qualified.
Background Check - $275
We will run a comprehensive criminal, motor vehicle and social security checks.
